Payment Terms

Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Credit/Debit Card, and Check. Payment must be completed prior to receiving goods or services.​ Applicable taxes and shipping costs are NOT included in pricing, unless explicitly stated.

Delivery Terms

Digital goods will be delivered to the client via email and/or text message. Physical goods will be picked up at Rancho Almasomos or delivered under mutually agreed upon terms and paid for in advance at the time of purchase. It is the client's responsibility to inform Rancho Almasomos and Almasomos LLC of issues with delivery. Rancho Almasomos and Almasomos LLC cannot be held liable for goods that were not received or failed to be picked up on site, especially without notice of the error from the you.

The Site and all its materials and content are protected by copyright laws. Almasomos LLC has paid Squarespace for use of the Site and Indigo Agency for use of logos and other branding materials. All other material - including photographs and video content - is intellectual property of Almasomos and may not be copied, reproduced, published, transmitted, distributed, displayed, posted, modified, sold, or licensed without prior written consent from Almasomos LLC.
